Still the greatest Buffy episode ever, with a different genre for every song. They’re channeling their inner Broadway babies here all right.

So sweet and fun! There’s a lot we all overlook! 🥰
That was a fun episode, and holds up well to re-watch. I still can’t pick a favorite song.
Spike. SpikeSpikeSpike.
‘I know I should go
But I follow you like a man possessed
There’s a traitor here beneath my breast
And it hurts me more than you’ve ever guessed
If my heart could beat, it would break my chest
But I can see you’re unimpressed’
The rhyme scheme alone is so amazing.
Not a Spike fan, but at least he was no longer trying to rhyme “effulgent.”
