
The Castañeda Hotel in Las Vegas, New Mexico, another still-standing Harvey House hotel and restaurant, almost fully restored thanks to the efforts of Allan Affeldt.

There were even Harvey Girl dolls. The one at left is dressed in the uniform of one of the Harvey Girl Couriers, who guided tourists to and through places like the Grand Canyon. Love her conchas belt and turquoise bracelet. Alas, their time is yet to come in the chronology of my novels, otherwise I have a feeling Clare would be first in line for that job. Although…hmm. I’ll have to think about this…
