I’ve got three books planned for the series (so far) and this first one is set in the fictional town of Montaña Roja in the wide open New Mexico Territory. You can find it below on the book’s map, made by Cherie and Thom Northon. At least they spelled Sangre de Cristo correctly on it, which I mispelled four–4!–times in the first draft. He half laughed, half groaned. “Nice to see you, too.” Yes, Apollodorus is back, she says, fanning herself.  #inmygarden These are known in Alaska as pink pussytoes, but I looked them up on the US Forest Service website where they call ’em Rosy pussytoes. Tomato, tomahto. They’re so cute and so weird and virtually indestructible in any weather.
