The women writers of Storyknife appreciate you so much! You have given them a chance to tell their stories! For everyone else, we’re writing today to ask you to donate. We’re working to reach a $35,000 Challenge Match by December 31st, so your donation would be doubled! No donation amount is insignificant. They all matter. Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday. You’re surprised right? (This isn’t the only fundraising email in your inbox, is it?) Hey, we know that there are many places you could send your support, but we’re hoping you’ll share with the women writers of Storyknife. Right now, there is a woman who is exhausted between the demands of her job, caretaking for her family, and the crush of domestic labor, making it almost impossible for her to find the time to write. Will you help her devote one month to her writing so that she can tell the story that only she can tell? Award-winning author and journalist Mayra Cuevas writes, “The Storyknife magic is real!
