I once got a temp job just because I could rattle off this alphabet from memory. She said proudly. (h/t Laughing Squid)

Quote: “A decade after the Paris Agreement, global greenhouse gas emissions are barely rising, up just 0.3% a year since 2015, compared with 1.7% before.” Amazing and heartening news. (Fix the News)

“Juneau is facing a housing shortage. These high school students are helping combat it.” Brilliant. (Alaska Public Media)

Having a hard time getting behind the SF movie list. Several notable missing flicks including “The Martian”, “Avatar”, “Aliens”, “The Day After Tomorrow”, all of which are better than several of those included on the list.
