I wasn’t going to post any more photos from #inmygarden, but I was confounded by the garden itself.
This photo of the Tiger lilies in the rock garden was taken on Sunday, October 12th. I mean, I know the lilies are always the last to bloom, but…
And right next to the Tiger lilies, the Banana Cream daisies look a little raggedy andy, but they’re still producing new blooms. Bunch of weirdos.Meanwhile, there has been enough rain that the gooey spot in the Storyknife Trail is starting to fill up again. I keep telling myself I have to put a little boardwalk in there.

I’m in a much different zone than you but I’m having the same kind of strange fall appearances in the garden. I do love the oddity of it all.
Is a puzzlement. And a wonder.
I know someone who named their oldest daughter Tigerlily. We have a lot of kids with unique names in my town.
