- olive oil, rigatoni, castelvetrano olives, lemons, anchovies

- blueberries, bittersweet chocolate, Frantoia olive oil, anchovies, and Aleppo pepper

There are no TJs in Hawaii either, and so every year we send our friends and relatives a 1 lb chocolate bar from there. The nearest ones to our town are three hours away, so we stock up on TJ stuff when we get the chance.
It’s funny that everyone thought of kitchen essentials as being food, when that didn’t seem to be part of the question. My first thoughts were a good frying pan, a good stock pot, a good spatula, spoon and knife.

FYI- the green onion pancakes aren’t hard to make. Check out the website ‘Tiffy Cooks’- she has a good recipe (and a ton of other good ones). If you can get scallions, you’re halfway there!
