I was hoping Mr. Walter Faxon would bloom while the firewitch were still going strong! The middle shot is a close up for your viewing pleasure. And of course the daylily, which started out as one plant, a gift from Rita Jo, and then got so big it had to be divided and now has four children in the New Garden.

The daisies and the lilies are always the last to bloom but they always finish big. From left, Banana Cream daisies, Summer Scarlet lilies, and Shasta daisies.

The Queen of the Prairie blooming in front of the Silver Willow, the Red Rocket barberry looking better than it ever has before, and the Blacklist lily, blooming for the first time after six years of waiting. Swoon…

And I have tomatoes! And they’re actually ripening!

The raspberries red and gold both are having a banner year.

And speaking of finishing big, ta dah! The Royal Sunset lilies. I go out to drool over them multiple times a day.

Garden is beautiful. And I so enjoy the Roadhouse Report. I am looking forward to The Harvey Girl.
*waves* Thanks, Shirly!
