I am now living in Australia with my daughter and have your book coming on the 21st. I can’t make it to the signing but would love the samon recipe please. My husband, before he passed in 2017, and I have read all your Kate books and even went to Alaska to see where you wrote about.
Bought this morning on Kindle when I woke up, had it polished off before 9:00 AM. Terrific as usual, sure I’ll read it many more times (I’ve read all the Kate books many times, except for Hunter’s Moon which I haven’t been able to pick up a second time.) Enjoyed your shoutout to Becky Chambers, another of my faves. As an aside I’m a big crossword puzzle and Scrabble fan, and your books are the only place I’ve seen the word ADIT in the “wild”, as opposed to in a puzzle or game. Cheers!

I am confused. In the newest book, it talks about Bernie’s wife, inferring that she left and is not coming back. I thought she had been killed in A Deeper Sleep, along with Fritz, their son.
